A simple and incredibly tasty homemade preparation.
When the pepper is pickled whole, it can become both an appetizer and a semi-finished product for the main course.
Such peppers marinated in oil are served with any meat and fish dishes. The marinade contains sunflower oil, the liquid is saturated with the taste of garlic and pepper, so it can be used as a gravy for boiled potatoes, or pasta.
